Our stay at this hostel was a blast! We had a great time meeting new people and enjoying the lively atmosphere. The private access to the beach was a huge bonus, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. The bar area and pool table were also fun additions to our stay. Plus, it was an affordable way to experience Puerto Viejo.

Beautiful location near town and the beach. Cheap for an expensive town. Helpful staff, large lockers, decent kitchen. Decorated with beautiful paintings and collages. Access to the sea, comfortable seating on the beach, own bar. Personnel extremely nice. Snorkel and bike rental available. Private lockers provided for free. Brilliant open mic night. Comfortable single tents with privacy. Looking forward to another karaoke night. French touch.

I really got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of town. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The value for my money was great, considering the unique and groovy atmosphere of the place. The room may not have been the most luxurious, but the beach access and comfortable tent set up made it a memorable experience. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and with its own beach. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, adding to the positive vibes of the hostel.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location of this hostel is great, with easy beach access and the option to rent bikes onsite. the staff is pleasant and attentive, providing spacious rooms with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. There are also various sleeping options available, including hammocks, tents, or private rooms, catering to different preferences.
The social atmosphere during the day is lackluster, with minimal opportunities for interaction and a dull vibe.

The hostel had a great party atmosphere, perfect for New Year celebrations. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a private beach just a few steps away. the hostel offered colorful mosaics in the showers, bathrooms, and kitchen, adding a unique and vibrant touch to the overall experience.
The cleanliness and availability of bathroom and shower facilities were lacking. There were only a limited number of bathrooms for the entire hostel, which often resulted in unclean conditions.

I really enjoyed my stay at this awesome place! the private access to the beach, bar area, and pool table made it so much fun to hang out and meet new people. the staff was super friendly and the place had a really cool artistic vibe. the comfortable mattress and clean sheets in the tent were a nice touch. And if anything went wrong, like our broken tent zipper, they quickly fixed the problem without any hassle. Plus, if you're lucky, you might even get a tour of the owner's amazing art-gallery-like house!
Felt really good, no complaints at all.

The social areas were comfortable and spacious, and the bar served excellent food and piña coladas. The beachfront location and nightly bonfire were definitely a highlight. I would recommend this hostel for a fun and vibrant experience.
